Dispatch of Foreign Engineers
Technicians who have graduated from technical universities or vocational colleges can obtain a “work visa” upon entry into Japan. By renewing their visa, they can continue to work indefinitely.
Due to the strong connections between sending organizations and universities, finding fresh graduates is particularly easy. For CAD engineers, some sending organizations take on projects as part of their operations, making it possible to provide additional training to engineers.
